What is your money-back policy?

Servercrust has a refund policy for all new VPS hosting and Dedicated servers purchases. PLEASE NOTE: Purchases made with credit cards or PayPal can be refunded to the source of payment. Please note that Servercrust is not responsible for any additional charges that PayPal, credit card companies or other payment gateways may take.

Cancellation procedure

If you would like to cancel your hosting package, follow the steps below.

You can cancel your server/contract at least 5 days before the end of billing period by raising a support ticket indicating reasons for cancellation. The notice period begins on receipt of this notification in written form.

You will receive an email confirmation once your request is completed. In some cases, our Billing/ Sales/ Support department may contact you if they require some additional information.

We would be extremely grateful if you give us the chance to help you with the issues you might be experiencing. Do not hesitate to let us know if we can do anything for you to reconsider the decision. We will be happy to keep you as our valued client - our Support and Billing/Sales teams are generally pretty flexible and will happily check what can be done in each particular case.
